Can't control your dreams

by Inthefastlane45 @ 27/06/2007 - 17.43:31

A couple weeks ago I went to the dentist, just to get a cleaning. And the lady said that she noticed that I have to be grinding my teeth. She said I could be doing it in my sleep.

I thought nothing of it at the time, since I never noticed anything.

And then, last night I had a dream, and in my dream for some reason I couldn't open my mouth. It was like I had lockjaw or something. It felt like my mouth and teeth being forced together for no actual rason.

I remember this happening in quite a few dreams. I am guessing that for some reason I grind/push my teeth together while I am sleeping, and sometimes it shows up in my dream.

Pretty weird(I think so at least), anybody know anything I can do to make it stop?

Watermelon?

by Inthefastlane45 @ 26/06/2007 - 02.00:40

Square watermelons

Yes, they are square watermelons. They are selling in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan for up to $200.

To Apple:

Sorry, but I won't be buying your iPhone.

I can think of too many ways to waste away over $500.

People rant

by Inthefastlane45 @ 22/06/2007 - 20.41:37

This might be a bit of complaining...but,

Don't you just hate the people who must be always right? Even when it's beyond obvious, they still insist they are right and everyone else is wrong? It's one thing to stand strong behind whatever you say, but some just think they are above everyone else, and the world should listen to them.

Interesting

Amazing the kind of stuff they can think of:

...........

by Inthefastlane45 @ 18/06/2007 - 20.42:21

When I was about 10 or so we went on a little vacation into the mountains. Well when I was going to open my car door, I didn't see there was a bee under the handle wher you put your hand..and I got stung.

Ever since then I always knock on the door handle first to see if there is a bee there. And if I don't knock on it, I am always thinking that there might be one there.

Funny how little things like that can change how you think of things for years afterwords.

First pluto, now the Nile

by Inthefastlane45 @ 16/06/2007 - 00.48:27

Well not so long after those of us who were taught there were nine planets changed to eight..now the Nile isen't supposed to be the longest river.

There was an exibition into Peru, and they found that the Amazon is actually longer.

Braving the storm

by Inthefastlane45 @ 13/06/2007 - 19.38:20

Today we have some pretty severe storms. I was on my way home from the city, and as I was sitting in traffic(with nowhere to go) I noticed a lot of dust coming up and I thought a tornado was forming. That got me to panic a bit, but then I noticed that there was a constuction site close by and the dust was blowing up.
-I tend to be paranoid about a tornado.

Then later it finally started to rain, heavily. So much so that the drain on a road got backed up and a cop came down to close off the one lane.

I hate to drive in severe storms. A light or steady rain is fine, but I can't stand a heavy rain where I have trouble seeing the road.

But I stil hate to drive in snow more than anything. I wish I could use public transport instead..

Addictions

by Inthefastlane45 @ 08/06/2007 - 07.16:12

I figured for today I'll put down and explain some of my addictions.

The biggest-internet.
-I have become way too dependent on it..and I get extremely angry if service goes out for a while.

Pepsi
-If it didn't rot my teeth, I woudln't drink anything else...I hate coke.

Sarcasm
-I'm always sarcastic..I think I picked that up from TV sitcoms.

Mental image

by Inthefastlane45 @ 05/06/2007 - 22.00:51

I have a bit of a problem in the way that I remember somebody.

When I see someone for the first time(either in person or on TV) I always recognize them by their hair. Unless they have very distintive features(like a huge nose or something like that) the hair is the first thing(and usually only)I notice.

Then(and this has happened to me before) when somebody will cut their hair, I won't recognize them until they say something.

I wish I would remember people by their face instead of what their hair-style is. It's weird too because I usually have a great memory with other things.

What really gets on my nerves...

by Inthefastlane45 @ 04/06/2007 - 02.05:36

When somebody is talking..and they use a double negative! ugh.

I'm not exactly perfect when it comes to talking, but this is one thing I make sure I never do.

"I don't want nothing"

A lot of people here(including my family) use double negatives all the time..it drives me crazy.

A geography lesson

by Inthefastlane45 @ 02/06/2007 - 15.57:32

Well today I took the SATs(big test here). They weren't too bad.

But each section is timed, so you have to sit there and wait until you can start the next section.

So while I was sitting there, I had to look at something..luckily they had a map of europe. So I got to learn in what order the baltic states are in..alphebetically going down. I always knew the three of them were there..but never knew what order they were in. We don't learn geography from europe(or anywhere else besides north american) here so all the stuff I leanred myself. Geography always comes easy to me though..too bad it wasen't on the test.

We should learn about more world geography, but we won't. Whats worse is we sugarcoat how we killed and forced indians to move across the land.
