First off, i'll complain how internet explorer keeps giving me problems. It will randomly decide there is an error and closes my internet window. I will be lucky if it lets me finish this blog.

Anyway, yahoo(e-mail) gives me a ton of spam. And it decides to throw in a couple e-mails sent from colleges in the spam too. Since I know this I decided to go through all of my nearly 1,000 spam e-mails. I actually found two collge e-mails, one from a small local collge in pennsylvania, the other from university of alaska-fiarbanks. I would hate to go to a small local college. Alaska would be interesting(surprisingly it was in our price range) but it is too cold, and doesn't have the majors I am considering.

The smaller college did offer me their 'presidential preferred application' which I was happy for them to offer it, but it is just too small of a college. Plus it is in a rural area, and I have had enough of rural.

I am waiting for PITT though, extremely nervous..I feel I will be placed in one of their smaller campuses, but then I will have to transfer to the main one. Maybe I can get it done early as I hope to have around 20ish credits finished at commity college by next fall.

I know this post was a bit of a ramble, sorry.

I checked my application status online and PITT has my transcripts! My application is complete and now the real waiting begins.

It has been raining all day today. I hate days like these.

I would rather have the rain in California where they need it.

Been having problems with my high school getting my transcripts to the University, but that might be taken care of by now. I hope so, I hate dealing with these people.

We have some very good brownies here. They are just regular brownies but with melted marshmallows on top, very nice. I alreayd had some early and am going to get one more.

Well U of PITT did not get my transcripts form my high school yet. They should be there soon, I hope at least...since every day they don't get them lowers my probability to being accepted into their main campus.

I would be fine going to the regional campus, but things would be much less complicated if I were accepted to the main campus in the city.

And on to community college things:

I am happy because I will be able to take french 2 at the community college(CC). It will actually be the same day and time as my current french, and probably the same teacher(who I like). I will be taking the placement tests and taking an english and a math course in the spring too. Soon as my application is submited and my high school(ugh) sends the transcripts there too.

It is very good it is offered at the close CC campus because if it wasen't I would have to do a "college in high school" program at PITT in the spring. And this would cost over $2,000 dollars, while the class at CC is just $300.

I like my french class very much. We just had the midterm last tuesday and I think I did pretty good. I don't think I missed anything, probably just some small/stupid mistakes. I can finally make little sentences though, like 'J'aime ecouter le rock"/I like to listen to rock(music). Or, 'J'aime regarder le football-amercain'/I like to watch american football.

German is going well too. I can make small sentences in german too, but not about myself. More about objects and describing them.

I took a little on-line quiz on the candidates in 08..it seems dennis kuchinich is who I agree with the most.

Which is great, but he has no chance of winning the primarys.

The cloest 'real' candidate was hilary and obama, one of which I figure I will be voting for.

Nobody really talked about anything besides britney at the VMAs, but chris brown did an amazing performance.

Although, I don't know why rihanna was laughing at britney's performance, rihanna is horrible live...but I guess that is just my opinion.

Well my application to the University of Pittsburgh is getting sent out tomarrow.

Now I wait..
